Monarch Integrated Wellness

Individualized, weight-inclusive nutrition care for eating disorder recovery, chronic dieting, disordered eating, and whole-person wellbeing.

about me

Welcome.

My name is Lauren, and I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals and families heal their relationship with food and reconnect with their bodies.

At Monarch Integrated Wellness, I take a holistic, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition and wellbeing. I believe there is no single “right” way to nourish a body, and that food, health, and wellbeing are deeply personal and influenced by our experiences, environments, relationships, and the messages we receive about food and health.

My approach is collaborative and individualized, meeting you where you are and honoring your unique needs and family system. Together, we may incorporate evidence-based medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education, intuitive eating, food exposure, meal planning and grocery support, and practical goal setting.

Monarch Integrated Wellness is an invitation to turn inward: to reconnect with the innate wisdom your body holds and return to a more natural rhythm of nourishment. Together, we gently explore and shed the layers that may have pulled you away from that connection, creating a way of nourishing yourself that feels intuitive, sustainable, and aligned with your life.
